My 2005 CTS outside temperature sensor reads approximately 90-100 degrees hotter than the actual temperature. Where is the sensor located and how can I test it to see if I need to replace it or if the problem is elsewhere?

There is a sensor located just next to the hood latch. Or at least there should be. Two wires going to it might be gray, might be black. This thing could be no good. Your dealer should be able to handle this minor detail
