For some reason, the Address button on my Nav screen is greyed out most of the time. Sometimes it shows up and I can try to enter an address, but most of the time it's just greyed out. What does this mean? Am I doing something wrong?

It means you can't do it while you are driving. Car must be at a complete stop to enter destination.
