Everytime i make a right turn I hear a loud clanking noise on the passenger side...and its only when i make right turns...Can anyone help me out on this?

CV axle needs replacement probably. Although I haven't heard it just happening on only one direction of turning.Need more information if possible about this, does it sound like its high on the right side or low on the right side?......
