My car is having tire sensor issues again. It seems like the sensor systems is always coming up as service soon. I have had them looked at twice and the last time they changed all the sensors out. Also now the factory settings on the dash will reset to the original settings sometimes when I'm driving...it will shut the rear parking assist off while driving and the tire sensor light will come on after that. Has anyone else had that problem?

Settings resetting isn't good. There is a reprogramming for module that control TPM was is done? Sound like another trip to dealer maybe in order. If you have more than one in your area you could try a different one.

The tire sensor issue is fixed for now.Sounds like the left rear sensor was shorted out and they fixed it.Thanks for the help and info

Go to the left front wheel and remove the valve stem cap. Depress valve and deflate tire for a few seconds. You will hear the vehicles horn beep once. That indicates the sensor is learned. Then move on to the right front. Deflate until the horn sounds. Next move to the right rear. Deflate until the horn sounds. Finally move to the left rear. Deflate until the horn sounds. If the vehicle doesn't read a sensor, it maybe a defective sensor. Also on some vehicles the TPMS antenna is attached to the windshield on the upper left hand side. If you have had a windshield replaced then they may have not reinstalled it or may have damaged it. Then you must take it to a Dealer. Hope this helps.
