When car is being operated between 5-20mph, lights flicker, radio turns on/off, and sometimes the car just dies out and also sometimes when I drive in reverse. This happens about 75% of the time.

I took it to Autozone and the battery and alternator checked out fine.

Any ideas?

Computer very likely reprogrammed. Can only be done at dealer. Request TSB #04-06-04-040.
