Does anyone know how to take off the front speakers covers of a 1988 cadillac deville, thier both located on top of my dash board.

They are held in place by two plastic type grommets. Just pry on the very ends of the speaker grille and they will either pop off or break as mine did. When you go to replace them after you change out the speakers just use a spot of silicone to hold them in place. While you are in there make sure to change out the wires too as the new speakers carry much more wattage and will require the new type wires to sound right. Good luck with that.
