I just bought a 1981 Chevy C10 and was told it had a Cadillac engine in it. Anyone recognize it?

Sorry got some pics but it keeps telling me "Problem saving the file to disk" When I try to post them. They are .gif and under 200kb so I dont know

Try saving them as JPEG. In meantime is the engine a V8?
