hello, new here. I have a 90 brougham that I just picked up for 500 bucks. Overall its a good car. one thing that bothers me is the digital speedometer is not working. I have the servise manual for the carand just diagnosed it how they said and have came to the conclusion that its the VSS in the tranny. I call around and the lowest price I get is 100 bucks, does that sound right?

Also, I only have 3 of the screw on wire rims and need the screw on wire piece for the last one and cant seem to find it, any ideas?
