can I install XLR-V front upper and lower grilles on to a 2006 XLR? are any modifcations required?

I guess so, only few cadillac XLR Parts (http://www.carpartswholesale.com/parts/cadillac/xlr.html) were modified during the upgrade from 2006 XLR to XLR V..It doesnt include the grille..Check this -> http://www.caddyinfo.com/xlryearbyyear.html
