mornin techs..... not sure, trans seems to have a little play in it. asking for a tranny tune to tighten belts, and i was told electronic trans not have belts. is this true. so whats up....? is this the nature of the sts? any thoughts?

it is the age of SOLENOIDS. and solenoids do fail or "act-up".
often a trani stops doing what it does cuz of a little $20 solenoid that
is hard to get or not at all.

cannot answer your question, but i do know that since the late '80s
transmissions went "electronic". are there leftover belts ?
