THE THIRD NUMBER UNDER EACH STATE IS THE PERCENTAGE INCREASE OF DECREASE OF FORCLOSURES

the 1st number, at the start it was going in what i thought was the
placement order. then it jumped to 369 in Virginia....

i dont understand what the other two numbers mean.

sorry about that it didn't paste well, however the first number is the number of filings and the second number is the rate ( 1 for every number of households), and the 3rd number is the percentage increase or decrease
