A guy I work with told me the SRX and the Saturn VUE are the basically the same vehicle. Is this true?

No. The SRX, CTS and STS are built on variants of the Sigma platform. One of the Saturn models uses the same 6 cylinder engine as the SRX.

Thanks for clearing that up, sound far fetched, it is actually the other way round then, the Saturn has a Cadillac engine? Really didn't think about engines so never realized they had just a 6.
