I am lovin' my first kitty cat! I grew up riding in the back seat of my Dads 77 Eldo and can't believe I finally have my own. It has some miles on it, but compared to my 95 mercedes c220, which was cherry, but was recently totaled in an accident, it blows it away!

Anyways, I had a nice sound sysem in the benz with the satelite radio etc. intsalled and it seems my CTS needs more ampage and I woud like to install satellite hook up but internally, not the cheesy suction cup, but in my radio.

The people at best buy say I need to take it to the dealer. Any advice on affordable sound upgrades?

If you like to do your own work.....Crutchfield.com has a in-dash receiver kit in black for $39.99 of in gray for $49.99. These kits include everything needed...the antenna coversion, the wiring harness, and all brackets and face pieces to install a single DIN with an included pocket to fill the other single DIN spot or you can remove the cross member to use the piece as a double DIN. The kit looks pretty good and I plan on using it myself.
