Which parts are interchangeable.

I am purchasing a 1952 Cadillac Superior hearse and am wondering if the parts on this car can be used on a 1954 Cadillac Superior hearse. I tried to upload a pic of each car (hopefully the stick). If not here are a couple links to the pics.

They look pretty similar as far as the Cadillac part of the car goes. I know that they are two different types of hearses too. Any info will help before I get myself into a big mess. Thanks.

I am no expert, but I see way big differences on all the parts that meet the glass.
What parts are you looking to change out?

I see what you mean. I was hoping the front clip and front suspension on the complete car would be able to be used on the '54.
