I have a 2003 STS, and wonder if anyone has removed the safety sticker on the visors, or dis you replace the visors?

I knew someone who peeled them off an 06 Grand Prix. They left a glue residue and a distinctive stain or discolouration. The glue he clean up but the colour difference remains.

When I tried to take it off, it started pealing the fabric from the visor ... I belive the new ones come with the sticker too ... It's some kind of a federal regulation now ...
It looks horrible ... We're driving a Cadillac, not a Ford Pinto!
