Trun Lid Latch Problem

I have a 96 Cad deVille on which the trunk lid pulldown motor is dead.
I don't need this motorized, however, I cannot find a Manual latch for this mode.l.

So, people, since the motor doesn't work, how do I get this pulldown in the latched position?
Do I have to take everything apart, reset the pulldown, and put it all back together?

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

There is some adjustment on the latch on the lid, three bolts I believe can be loosened and adjusted .
