sunroof / Lights on steering wheel

I have an o2 cadillac escalde and ever since day one, when i bought thr car brand new from the dealer ship, my sunroof gets always stuck with the inside panel. The other thing i aways have is that my top left and top right button on the stearing wheel go always out and i have to change my fuse. If somebody knows please let me know how to fix problem. i would check with the dealership for TSBs or recalls on that sunroof.
