sub help

hey guys, im fairly new to the forum but ive been doing some searching but i cant find any info on
what im looking for..

basically i want to put a 12in sub into my 2003 cadillac cts.
i want it to sit where the stock sub is.
my question is, will it fit or do i need to put it somewhere else?

any info would help.
