is there, and can they be changed? i get a very slight shimmy, at 65 and higher. have had tires balanced 3 time/places..... wheels look good,(no dings etc)........ now dont be telling me to keep it under 65 either..... sammy hagger's song comes to mind, " i cant drive 55"..... anyway, just trying to narrow it down............. any thoughts?

im half embarrassed to say, it's been there for a while. seems to be getting worse. i run Good Year, Intregrity P226-60-R16. 60% front, 50% rear. 50,000 miles on them.... 90% highway driving...... like i say it's been there for a while, but really slight. have had wheels balanced, and inspected 3 times at different places over past 8 months. i'm feeling a little something in the steering, and wondered if maybe that might be my shimmy problem.......tx slo

If you can get one of your GM dealer buddys to help you out with an Electronic Vibration Analyzer or EVA for short, it can help determine where vibration is coming from. Request tsb #00-03-10-007G it may help. try setting air pressure at 30 psi cold see if anything changes.
