starting problebs in 88 deville

im having some issues with my car starting the car has plenty of charge but wont turn over by itself ive stated it with a screwdriver as a means to get the car home but i dont want to keep doing this as its dangerous Ive checked the starter relay and thats fine i dont believe the starter motor or solinoid is the issue can anyone give me an ide as to what it might be

If you can start it with a screwdriver go back and check all your wiring from the starter all the way back to the relay and park nutral switch and to the ignition.

PS : a test light might be good at this point.
