have a 2006 STS AWD V8 with 22,000 miles. When letting of the gas and then reapplying it, I notice a rocking sensation, or bang. Also on acceleration from third to fourth gear there is a large drop in rpms. This happens in automatic and manual mode. I have driven other STS's and this does not happen. Any idea what is going on?

'06 with 22k will be under warranty, as you know........ not sure what would cause your situation.... have you checked fluid?
