I have this 2002 Cad STS just recently bought and first time owning a Cadillac, and a this Service Stability System comes on, I looked up the code and it is C1288, which says "steering sensor circuit malfunction". how do i get this fixed? any way that i can fix it myself and how do i go about, where can i find this on the car?

the other problems are the RR, RL tires; codes are C0760 and C0765 both showing dashes only, any way i can reprogram these or they have to be done by the dealer only?

Help!!

Steering position sensor mounts at bottom of steering column. Just remove steering column to replace. C0760 & C0765 provided tire pressure monitors are in wheels get them relearned at dealer. If they give you crazy price ask cost of tire rotation - its included.
