removing 97 eldorado head rests..

hi guys,



i have looked around on the message boards, but i have not found an exact answer.

does anyone have experience in removing or having the headrests removed from a 1997 eldorado ?

I called the dealer, and they said that the back of the seats upholstery has to be removed on each one and that it is about 1 1/2 hours of labor to do so.



anyone know anything about this ?

i have no better input but i think it maybe a good idea to hook up on some manual. it's always my resort for some car issues.
