oes anyone know how to set this thing upInstallation of new throttle position Sensor ?

Does anyone know how to set this thing up? The manual says to set it @ 0.45 to 0.55 volts, is this with the ISC motor fully retracted? I am at my wits end, It is running high and over heating. I get the trouble code for Tps needs adjustment. This Deville also won't shift into fourth gear ever since the tps went out and I am getting the trouble code for the PSP switch.

I figured it out, If you swing the isc motor up and out of the way and let the throttle rest on the factory set stop then setting the voltage to .45 to .55 volts does it.
