No horn, No clock, No radio!?

I have a '90 Sedan DeVille, For some reason my clock LED read out stopped, the radio plays static and the horn won't sound when pressed - could it be due to a blown fuse...or what?

The first thing to do would be to look at the owners manual and find the fuse diagram and check it out.  Remember, cheap and easy first!!!
