About 6 months ago I bought a 97 Deville Concurs. I had some issues with the air struts which i resloved myself. I have been trying to insatll new coil springs in the rear of the car as the old ones are worn. to help raise the car I insatlled 4 2inch rubber helper springs which helped the car lift almost to its orginal height, but they are wearing out and the car is saging again, it squeaks a lot 2. my rolbem is I cant find coil springs to install, almost evry one I talk to at the dealor or local mechanic insit that my car does not have coil springs.I have to take a flashlight and show them my self. whats going on? does any one know what type of spring will fit in my car? and why does my car have springs when every one says it does not. Now I know i HAve seen ither devilles with coil springs in trhe back WHAT THE F**K??
