I bought this car with 103.000 on it had 2 redo the heads and all got it done now i need some tips so that i dont end up with the same problem think it was steaming from the exhaust so any way have done some reading here nice place and thank you in advance

Do we assume you had a headgasker failure?
What else  got done in the job of all that?

Yes i bought it like that they did the head gasket and all from the block on up tune up oil change new hoses

what about the ..
 
water pump ?
radiator?
heater core?
flush the block?

is there ANY evidence of sediment on the reservoir or anywhere you can see the coolant?

Yes all that was done and all i can say is that there still is a coolant smell but no more steam and the temp is good plus i have a 60.000 miles waranty on it and i will be taken it in in a month or so for a re check dont know much about cars but i can cook lol

all what was done?  items tested?  items replaced?  flushed? 

that smell would make me nervous.  all that coolant leaked before the work should be burned off by the 2nd day of running.

coolant dont smell unless it gets out from the cooling system.
It is a pressurized and sealed system -  at least it is supposed to be.
check for leaks, specially under the dash and carpets (heater core).

ok got you will take it in to the dealer 2 get it checked out asap
