Leaks and smells- 1997 deville

Now, my Caddy is leaking oil from the passenger side front side of car and some tranny fluid, only when it's extremely cold out. Why and where is this leak coming from. Also, when it's extremely cold out i get a awful coolant burning smell from the engine compartment, what's this from? a bad water pump? heater core? radiator? Any help? Thanks!
