kranker scheiss ! !

I drug out the Service Manual, found where the coolant float sensor electrical connection is, unplugged it, drove around for 1/2 hour, and no “Low Coolant” warning on the Driver Information Center.

The temperature gauge still remained constant at dead center once it warmed up.

Let the car sit for about 10 minutes – checked the oil with the engine still at operating temperature, it was at almost max – not quite – where it was when I checked it last, about 6 weeks ago (I know, don’t berate me, I have been bad… spanked maybe, but no berating please….) It looked like oil – smelled like oil – felt like oil - OK, I stopped at tasting it, I refuse to lick a dip stick (not one comment on this - please....)

I dragged (ok, I know that drug doesn't really work... and isn't the past tense for drag, but, I was tired, and Bill Clinton and I have more in common than just a blue dress ) out the Service Manual, found where the coolant float sensor electrical connection is, unplugged it, drove around for 1/2 hour, and no “Low Coolant” warning on the Driver Information Center.

Well well, I'll be ..... them guys keep on sending links of interesting tid-bits over-yonder.

IMO, the only good thing about B.C was M.L.
My favorite picture?

After 4 years one gets to know each other quite well.  I see u  r a new owner to the '93 Allante crowd.
i made a small bet against your venturing away from that world over-yonder of one car - since you'r here,
it is obvious i lost.

Once upon a time, it was my only world, but no more.  My horizons have grown.

at any case, there are '93's being parted quite often and i bet no one is thinking of the reservoir
as the cars head off to the crushers.  look for those and ask for the reservoir that should have the
sensor float you probably need.

interested on a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG shot?   remove reservoir  from the car and give it a
shake 1/2 filled with "parts cleaner".   hey, if it dont work, you still got the "parts cleaner " to clean
other parts.

Above was meant to be a quote and then a reply, somehow I hit edit insteat of quote.  Sorry 'bout that, but your post is now back to the way it was.  It will forever be unknown now what the reply was.
