Not familiar with any dealers up there. Which cts, what options, how many miles????? Try
www.kbb.com insert mileage options etc. You can do side by side comparisons etc. This should give you enough ammo for good hunting.

Called I guy I know in tidewater area of va. he sold out of the 08's but he could order you one. He said they had trailered cars sometimes out of state, depending on the deal. If interested I can send you info.
