IM A GIRL HELP 92 SEVILLE

my dad parked my 92 seville in the garage for me after he did he pushed the emg. brake  all the way down to the floor and now its stuck  what can i do to release it? its my daily driver and its just sitting MY POOR CAR

Get down to look to the right of the parking brake pedal. You should see a lever facing down that is the manual release lever. be careful! as the pedal releases it might hit your hand with alot of force!  There is a vacuum diaphram at the parking brake assembly that applys vacuum to release it. Most likely that diaphram is leaking vacuum.
