ok 94 STS has a knock at idle only as soon as i give it gas the knock is gone. i am thinking it is something in the trans. it started after i put new shift solenoids in the trans. the trans now shifts good but the knock is driving me crazy any ideas?

Loose convertor bolts or a cracked flywheel?
Just guessing of course.
Noises are real tough to diag over the net.
