WHO HAS GOT THE POOP ON THIS DAMPER/ RELAY?......WHAT DOES IT CONTROL, AND WHAT DOES IT COME IN CONTACT WITH?-ELECTRICALY......... (MOST IMPORTANT---- IF THIS DAMPER/ RELAY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, WOULD/COULD IT BE THE REASONS FOR MY E-GHOSTS?)...................

did replace it....... seems to have gotten rid of susp codes.......but still have gremlins............same as before

well, NOPE....didn't get rid of susp codes/ reads on dic...........got speed limited to 90 .........s_ _ _!!.........

BUT>>>>>>> speed limited to 90 message will go out within 5- 10 seconds, and the vehicle IS NOT limited to 90.........
