Please, somebody correct the typos in the name of the marque; It's "Coupe (D/d)eVille".
Nowadays it is pronounced as "koop" but back in the '50s it was written as "Coupé" and sounded like "koo-pey". DeVille is written as one "word" and both capital and lower case "dee" was used by Cadillac in the name of this, now extinct, true American icon (or, "DEVILLE" as in its latest incarnation).

Hold down the “ ALT “ key and while holding down key, type the number.
Then let go of the “Alt” key.
Alt 130 => É
Alt 136 => ê
Alt 137 => ë
Alt 138 => è 1 to 127 is the standard set that defines the keyboard.
You don’t need the Alt key to do those.
The Alt 128 to Alt 256 is the extended set via the “ Alt “ key.
