Hello, I have a 97 Deville, and it takes a considerable amount of force to stop. I checked vacuum and it is consistent 15 in. I plug in the booster and the car does not miss at all so I don't think it is a booster problem. How do I check the master cylinder? The car has 140K. Thank-you, Nick
