Press and hold the OFF and warmer (red) buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds untill the LED displays light up. It will then start showing you codes. Post them here and someone will tell you what they mean.

R023 ----- Driver Initiator Circuit Voltage High (The cause of your Air bag light being on)
T023 ----- RF Wheel Speed Sensor Continuity Fault (The cause of the ABS and TCS being disabled)

These two are the cause of your "Service Ride Control" message that is also being diplayed:
S012 ----- LF Damper Solenoid Open Circuit (Could be a bad strut or bad connection to the dampering solenoid in the strut)
S061 ----- Right Front Position Sensor Fault (Probably a computer fart but could be a bad sensor)

For the airbag problem I'll try to go through a SIR diagnostic system check with you:
How many times does the "Air Bag" light flash when you turn the key "on"?
Does the light illuminate constantly when you turn the engine over?

For the Wheel Speed sensor code, you'll probably have to replace the hub/bearing to fix it.

Look under the dashboard and see if the SIR fuse is still good.

If it's blown, replace it then turn the ignition on for 10 seconds and see if the new fuse is blown. If it's blown then you'll have to do some more diagnosis.
