67 cadillac hearse engine swap?????

I am looking to change my 67 429 cadillac engine to a 350 chevy. Has any one done this and if so what motor mounts or cradel will i need. Also will the stock cadillac transmition work with the 350. The 429 in it now is to hard to find parts for and the 472/500 is to much money to rebuild.
