looking to get some aftermarket wheels, maybe TIS, or Dforged rims...

Need some feedback on which size to go with...24" def look nice 26" would be too big and too thin...but i hear 24" the ride is really rough and high chance of rim getting bent.

and I hear 22" are the ride is better but it def doesn't look as great as the 24"...

if you go with 22's you will regret it like i did.once i got my 24's i loved them.if you want to protect you wheels more,go with a slightly larger profile.insted of 35 seies go with 40 or 45 series.i had 35 series on my 02 with 24's and i drove too much n too hard so i'll use 40 seies on my 03 ext.i am running 45 series on my hummer on 24's.here are pics of both.

well it really depends on what you want. agree with the above post,  I think 24" GM wheels looks better. a friend of mine had it on his car. I'll meet him on thursday, I'll post some pics of his wheels.

After I got my 22's, a month later I wanted some 24's. We take the Escalade on our trips to Tahoe and Palms Springs, and with some of the road conditions and extended driving periods. I'm glad I have 22's with a 305/45/22 series tire. I don't think a 305/45/24 will fit on an Escalade without installing a lift kit, and I don't really want a 35 series tire for 10 hour touring. So I guess it's all about your use of your vehicle as well. If you don't take your Escalade on 10 hour run-aways, 24's may sound great.

JUST got our 07 Escalade this week, and put on 24" Lorenzo's with 305x35x24 Parada's. It rides as well with the 24 as with the 18"s. Even the 24's look small in the wheel well. Thinking about dropping it a few inches now.

All I can say is,  dat's some purty wheels bro.

Check in to lowering before you do it regarding warranty. Someone told me it will void it, check with your service  manager.  It will also affect the ride, maybe better, maybe worse, but it won't be the same.

Nice lookin ride.

I been riding my 07 escalade on 26" Asanti 3 piece wheels and it rides great! Yes, i will definitely will say that you have to be extra alert of pot holes and anything in the road but that is the price you pay to roll Big!

Forged wheels will help with the potholes but they cost more.

I just put 22"s on my EXT, it looks badass. I got them for $2100 wholesale, I couldnt see the point in spending $3500 for wheels and tires. 22"s make the truck/SUV look more 'sporty' rather than "pimped out", but with flashy chrome people still stare. My EXT is about performance than looks so I you feel like dropping the dough then go with 24's. p.s I have 305/40's and they rub in a hard turn but worth it. pics to come soon

I have 22" TIS 08's wheels w/ 305/40/22 Toyo A/T Open County tireson my '05 Caddy. Also added 2"/3" Ground Force lowering kit to "hide" some of the well gap.  Still a pretty big gap in the rear, wishing it was a little lower actually... There was a little rubbing at first with full reverse 90's, hard corning with pot holes (MN has TONS of them too), and with 4 or more passengers.  Had more of the well cut and there's been NO rubbing.  The Toyo A/T have some pretty big tread blocks too.  Rides pretty 'bumpy' and "loose" but than again this is my first truck (other car is a supercharged jag)  Corners better with minimal body lean.  For the looks and to get rid of the GM wheel gap... it's worth it; in my opinion.
Is it bad to ride long distance (4-6hrs) with this set up though?

Thinking more and more everyday about DUB Big Homie 24" with a 305/35/24 tires.  Wondering how much rubbing I'll get with the lowering kit...
