2004 DEVILLE INTERIOR LIGHTS

I noticed that the interior lights on my 2004 Deville do not turn on.  They do not turn on when I use the RKE's to enter the vehicle, when I open any of the doors, or when I manually turn the knob for the dash lights all the way up to activate the interior lights.  The map lights still work when turn them on one by one...  I know that the door pin switches are working because the readout on the dash says when a door is ajar.
 
I haven't looked at the fuse box yet...  Could it be the interior dome light fuse??

Blown fuse would be the easiest. RIM controls lighting you would have to dealer to have diagnosed.
