hi im trying to find a 2001 epa label for a 4.6
i want to bring one to australia but need the label before the will let me import it
a 2000 to 2003 will also be fine
if any one could help it would be great thanks

its a sticker under the hood i was told it was called a epa emmisions label
should look like this i think

but you say you need to import "it" . what is the "it" ? the car? the label?
every modern car has the FEDERAL EPA label on it, many will also have
the CALIFORNIA EPA LABEL which exceed the Fed EPA requirements.
if it is the car, and you are importing it, the car must have one or both afixed to the car.
customs there verifies upon arrival and also fumigates the car - i believe they foam the car.
at least that is what happened with a '87 Allante two years ago with one of your citizens.

ill be importing the car but need a copy or a close up picture of the label
i guess id need the federal one not the californian

the one i want is a sts but id say any 2000 to 2004 with a 4.6 would be the same
