1998 CAidllac CAtera engine smoke

Ok. I have smoke coming from the enigne after driving it nomally. a little bit hard accleration and normal acceleraion. I just switched from regualr to premium gas and since then my engine has been acting wierd. The smoke is coming from where the lube guys put the oil in. Anyone can help me this 98 catera problem. Im hoping its nuthing serious.

Cam cover gaskets likely cause.

i hope not... i just had them replaced when i bought the car a year ago. Today i havent smelt nething or seen smoke. Engine real sooty tho maybe i was burning something up. If nething today it was normal. I guess i was pushing the engine. Im hoping the engine was just hot. Ugh caddys are so tempermental
