1996 El Dorado transmission problem code p0741

I am having problems with my transmission on my 96 el dorado. I did a diagnostic check and the code p0741 showed up. Could any one tell me exactly what this means and steps I should take to fix it. Thanks

My book says "TCC System Stuck Off" for code P0741. IWhay is the transmission doing?  Your mechanic or transmission tech will know what to do. Call them first.
