1995 fleetwood supierior

Hi everyone im new here and im mostly here because my father has a 1995 Fleetwood Supieror Hearse and the rear bumper is starting to rust. Does anyone know the best place to get a new one? i ve search on the web and came up with nothing, im trying to save him some money.
