1995 Fleetwood Chrome panel reattachment

Hey there folks. I am getting a 1995 Fleetwood this weekend. The original owner is in his 80's and I found that the driver door's chrome panel has come off of the "clips" in the middle. Given his age, I think he never knew it came loose and I doubt he abused it.
The ends of the panel are still attached. I have checked Alldata and Chiltons online and have not had any luck finding how to get the panel back in place.

So I am posting here to see if anyone has instructions and maybe even exploded views of the parts  to share.
