Hi. I just bought a 1995 Deville amonth ago. I love it, but last week it started running a bit rough and you can really smell gas.
This morning when I tried to start it, it gave me a hard time and I had to keep my foot on the gas pedal to finally get it going.
Does someone know what this could be and if I could fix it myself? OR at least try?

look for leaks felow the gas line and if you dont see may be you got a bad injector tahst staying open and giving the small of gas and hard starting.
